Returns

Items may be returned for a credit only if the item is defective. To return an item, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of ordered products. The item must be returned within 5 days of the request. Upon receipt of your return request we will provide information on how to return the item. We do not give credit for return postage. Upon receipt of the returned item, provided it is returned in the same condition it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via shop credit. We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if a request is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item has shipped. We try to process orders within 24 hours. It is recommended if an order must be cancelled, it should be done within one hour of placing the order. To cancel your order contact us at cndylu.co@gmail.com

Once an order is marked "Shipped" it can not be cancelled.

1. Please email cndylu.co@gmail.com to request a refund/cancellation with Subject line text as REFUND/CANCEL

2. Follow the instructions in the email (DO NOT return an item before a claim # has been assigned)

3. If your request is approved your package must include:

~a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Pre-Claim Policy

Monday - Friday Paparazzi releases popular new arrivals in limited quantities. We call these "New Releases". They are available for purchase by all Consultants, however due to the limited nature the items usually sell out quickly, meaning no matter how hard we try to bring these amazing pieces to you the customer, some of us fall short. Once these items are gone they are gone until Paparazzi brings them back.

It is Policy and Procedure via Paparazzi to not sell items that we do not have in our inventory. We will make every effort to bring the new trendy styles to you by participating in this daily releases. Once our order has been accepted and confirmed by Paparazzi, we will make a post for Pre-Claims, with what is available and how many. Sometimes we limit the quantity you can claim, this gives everyone the opportunity to claim at least one item. You will be invoiced when the shipment arrives. Due to the popularity of new items these invoices MUSTbe paid by the due date on your invoice. If invoice isn't paid when due your claims will be returned to stock and resold. (you will be putting yourself at risk of not being able to shop with Cindy Lou & Coin the future)

Payment Policy

Invoices are sent on Friday's and due on Saturday's by 3PM EST.

Shopping Baskets are reset at 3PM ESTon Saturday's.

Once a invoice expires, the contents of the Baskets are unavailable and considered Repo'd, therefore returning to stock for resale. Late payments can not be accepted, please pay attention to your invoice timers so you do not miss out on your merchandise.

If your status is unpaid your order will cancel and be return to stock. If your order has been cancelled/returned to stock you WILL NOT be able to shop at Cindy Lou & Co. any longer. If you participated in games/giveaways and won you WILL NOT receive those items due to unpaid, cancelled, & returned to stock invoices.

We value you as a customer, and would like to have you shop with us on a regular basis.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Turnaround:

Orders are shipped on Monday - Saturday.

We can ship to any address within the United States.

Depending on your location, Standard or Ground shipping could take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Policy:

Cindy Lou & Co. guarantees on time shipment from our shop and uses reliable courier services (such as USPS and UPS, etc.) for product deliveries. While shipment errors/delays are rare, we reserve the right to not be held responsible for courier errors/delays after an order has left our shop. Customer will be responsible for full payment of the goods/products even if the goods/product is lost during shipment process or arrives late/damaged due to courier error/delays. In such situations, Cindy Lou & Co. will file a claim with the courier company. Should a claim be successful, we will refund the customer the credited amount from the courier company, which is usually the entirety of the freight cost.

Shipping Delays:

NOTE: Due to the current pandemic, courier services like Fedex and UPS will no longer guarantee delivery times, and will not issue compensations due to late deliveries. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time between placing your order and your required date.

Shipping Rate:

The rate charged for the shipping is a flat rate $5, if a medium to large package is required your shipping rate will be based on weight and your location.
